Our Terms and Conditions

Any prior agreements, understandings, and arrangements related to Online Basket’s provision of all kinds of products and Services to the Customer are hereby replaced by these Terms and any references to them.

Terminology we used

Definitions for terms are hereby for further use:

  1. A "customer" is any individual, corporation, or other organization that purchases things.
  2. "You" is shorthand for the client
  3. "We" refers to the Online Basket team.
  4. In this case, "Products" refers to any accessory like Electronics accessories, home decor, computer accessories furniture, lighting, clothing etc. Online Basket provided to the customer, as indicated in the invoice.
  5. As used above, the terms "Sales Contract" refer to all agreements between Online Basket and Customer for the sale of products and services, including
  6. Online Basket’s accessories are what the word "Online Basket" stands for.
  7. In this context, "the website" implies both the main Online Basket website (www.onlinebasket.com.au) and any sub-sites that may be accessible from it.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. Regarding the Online Basket’s provision of this website (including its various features), the customer may have unalienable rights under the Trade Practices Act and applicable Australian state and territory laws. The online Basket does not restrict any Non-Excludable Rights, but it does disclaim all implied warranties and conditions required by law, custom, or regulation.
  2. The website is not responsible for warranties of the products. We will not be responsible for any kind of error in the software of any accessory or any fault from the courier service.
  3. Online Basket reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to restrict its obligation for any implicit guarantee or condition that cannot be removed to the following situations:
  4. It is feasible to either (a) resupply Online Basket's services or (b) pay for the services in full so that they may be done again. Online Basket products may be (c) replaced or supplied with equivalent items, (d) repaired or replaced, (e) paid in full to replace or acquire equal goods, or (f) repaired and paid in full to have repaired. Customers have access to all of these alternatives.
  5. Even though we have made every effort to guarantee that the information on this website is true and complete, you should not rely on the information contained here.

Processing of orders

Order Receiving

  • After selecting an item, the customer will have seven business days to retrieve it from the warehouse.
  • Any order for products placed with Online Basket and intended to be picked up from the collection center is referred to as a "Collects Order," and the term "Collects Order" is used to describe any such order.

Orders in arrears

  • We will have refilled the majority of the products that were put on backorder within the next two weeks. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to pay for these things until you get a tracking number for your shipment.
  • If you are a customer and your purchase is facing major delays due to a backorder, please contact our sales representative.

Data manipulation

  • Following order completion, the system will temporarily authorize the customer's credit card to ensure that the customer's information is correct and that adequate funds are available. 
  • Despite the fact that the consumer has not yet received an invoice, the amount that will be collected from them is represented in the lowering of their credit card balance. Following completion of the information verification and final stock check, the order will be delivered reasonably promptly once the credit card transaction is submitted for processing.

Modifications and Cancellations

  • You may make changes to your backorder or cancel it completely. Customers may make adjustments to their orders before the inventories are taken into account for delivery alternatives. 
  • It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been scheduled for shipping or is in the process of being sent. If you need to cancel a purchase, please contact the Online Basket sales representative by calling or sending an email to info@onlinebasket.com.au

Products rate

  1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (General Sales Tax). These may and will change at any time. Depending on the client's option, a tax-compliant invoice will be given to the customer either separately or as part of the shipment. If the order exceeds $1,000, the customer must furnish the ABN to be eligible for input tax credits.
  2. Price changes are done on a regular basis to ensure that the most competitive rates are supplied. Every time there is a difference between the pricing listed on the Online Basket website and the prices presented on the Online Basket advertising portals, the salesperson will notify the client before proceeding with the purchase. This is done to notify the client of the disparity.
  3. If the total price of their order exceeds $10,000 and they buy more than fifty, the client has the option to negotiate a bulk discount with our salesperson.

Sales tax

  • If the customer is in Australia, each sale will be subject to a 10% GST. Export taxes may apply to products acquired from countries other than Australia.

Payment options

  • The complete money must be paid before the purchase may be sent. Online Basket accepts the following credit cards for purchases of up to $20,000 (excluding GST) made by Online Basket:
  1. PayPal
  2. Credit Card
  3. Debit Card
  4. VISA
  5. Master card
  • Customers from outside the Australia are not permitted to use credit cards.

Online Basket may accept payments via the following methods:

  1. funds sent directly to Online Basket's bank account; and
  2. Electronic money transfer transactions

Picture Identification

  • When the customer uses EFTPOS to pay for the Collects Order, they must submit a valid form of photo identification to complete the transaction.

Items ownership

  • Ownership of the products is transferred to someone else when they are delivered to you or your Agent. Agents are common carriers who operate on your behalf, regardless of whether you arranged for them or Online Basket did.

Retention rights

  • When the buyer has paid off all of the accounts related to the items contained in each shipment (sometimes referred to as "the goods".
  • The property does not shift from the Online Basket to the customer while the client is in possession of the items. As an alternative, the client assumes the position of trustee for the Online Basket and is required to keep the things in such a way that they are difficult to distinguish from the Online Basket's owned property.
  • Online Basket may require that the client provide the things in order for it to regain control of them at this point. As part of the usual business operations, the client may sell the objects to a third party; however, any money obtained from the sale is held in trust for Online Basket. It is the client's obligation to furnish Online Basket with an accounting for such funds. In the event that Online Basket requests it, the client is bound to assign any claim they may have against a third party to Online Basket and to execute the documents necessary to effectuate such assignment.

Online Basket does not own and has no control over any of this information. 
  2. Online Basket has just posted this information to this page in order to make things easier. Before making a purchase, the customer should double-check all information by calling the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or the vendor who is in charge of the goods
  3. The photos on the website are purely for informational purposes and are meant to serve as examples. 
  4. Online Basket’s site developers work hard to reduce the amount of difficulties that emerge on a regular basis. When a consumer places an order with Online Basket and Online Basket discovers that the product description or pricing on their website or one of their advertising partners' websites is incorrect, Online Basket will cancel the transaction and notify the customer. 
  5. Customers will get a full refund after their credit card has been charged and the transaction has been completed.

To the extent that the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia) applies, you are strictly prohibited from doing the following:
