Returns Eligibility
Timeframe:
- Our team is dedicated to providing 100% quality products. However, for your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Condition:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Send an email to info@onlinebasket.com.au if you wish to claim a refund, return, warranty, or consumer guarantee.
- Please be informed that if the product is assessed to have NO FAULT FOUND for any warranty or consumer guarantee claim, a service charge, plus any extra shipping costs, as well as any inspection or rejection fees by the applicable certified service center, may be imposed.
- If it is discovered that the item was not returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be held accountable for the expense of having it provided to you. This would imply that you would be required to pay for mail both ways.

Return Authorization:

Packaging:
- Ensure the product is properly packed and includes all original accessories and tags.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind etc) you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- When we get an order, we immediately begin working on it. We are compelled to spend money on items like electronics, home decor, furniture, clothing, and other products every time we get a PC order. We are unable to accept cancellations or offer full refunds on orders that have been made after they have been placed and dispatched, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. When it comes to canceling purchases before they are dispatched, two options may be taken:
- The ability to cancel the transaction and get a refund (less a 25% restocking charge).
- Order cancellation and the distribution of a voucher for the entire purchase price towards the customer's future purchase from our retail location.
- You are allowed to use this in its whole or smaller chunks. Before you finish your purchase, we highly advise you to read our non-negotiable cancellation policy thoroughly.
- We do not issue refunds or exchanges if:
- You were aware of a defect in the product prior to purchase
- We advised you of a defect in the product
- You cause damage to the product after purchase by making modifications that we did not make
- You use the product in a way that we did not recommend
- You use the product in a way that we did not intend
- You do not provide proof of purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchange policy
- If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, please contact our customer support team and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Under certain conditions, we may provide our clients with a courtesy return if they wish to exchange a mistakenly bought product for one that is right for them. Products have not been opened and are in perfect condition, ready for resale. This includes all manuals, cables, and accessories, as well as the packaging.
- The consumer alerts Allied of the issue within five days of receiving the merchandise. The customer is liable for paying a restocking charge of at least 20% of the purchase price on all returns. We retain the right to refuse the return of products if they have been used in any way other than being returned to us in their original, unopened condition. We will mail the goods back to the consumer at their cost if it has been used in any other manner.
- We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Return Policy on this page with the revised effective date. All orders, purchases, receipts, deliveries, or uses of any items are subject to the conditions and limits outlined in this Standard Conditions and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement").
- By taking possession of our product shown on your invoice, you are expressing that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. This indicates that you have agreed to the terms and conditions. Unless agreed upon in a written agreement signed by both you and Allied, your attempts to add to, alter, or otherwise change the contents of this Agreement, or to place an order for Products subject to different or additional terms and conditions, shall be null and invalid. Your attempts to amend, revise, or otherwise modify the terms of this Agreement will be declared null and void. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without previous written notice.
